Glencairn Beach and its tidal pool are five minutes on foot. Simon's Town, Boulders and Kalk Bay are minutes by car; Cape Point, Chapman's Peak and the vineyards, half an hour. A recovery day sits comfortably beside a hike, a surf lesson or a kayak along the coast. You decide each morning, not at booking.
